What it is, and when to use it
Addresses from ranges we hold registrations for, announced from our ASN in facilities we contract directly. Nothing is resold, so provenance is a registry lookup rather than a trust exercise. Dedicated by default: an address assigned to you is used by no one else for as long as you hold it.
Reach for datacenter when volume is the constraint: high-throughput collection, internal load testing, and API integrations that need a fixed, allowlistable origin but do not need consumer-ISP reputation. It is the least expensive way to move a fixed volume of traffic on this network.

We say in writing where addresses may come from, and where they may not.
Our supply-chain policy is a public document, not a sales asset. It names the acquisition channels we permit — consented SDK partners, direct ISP leases, registered ranges we announce ourselves, and modems we operate — and it names what is prohibited: addresses obtained through malware, bundled software the user did not knowingly install, compromised devices, botnet infrastructure, or any resale chain we cannot trace to its origin. We do not buy pools from brokers. Where we cannot establish how an address was acquired, we do not sell access to it.

- We replace it within 1 hour, with a pro-rata refund plus 20% for any address below target.
- Are these addresses shared with other customers?
- No. Assignment is dedicated — an address you hold carries no one else's traffic.
- How does datacenter compare to ISP for reputation-sensitive work?
- ISP carries consumer-ISP reputation; datacenter does not claim to. Choose datacenter when throughput and cost matter more than how the origin reads to the target.
